La Sede Padre Alonso de Ovalle es una de las más antiguas de DuocUC. Desarrolla sus actividades en un bello edificio, de sólida construcción y amplios espacios, enclavado en el centro de Santiago, formando parte de un barrio de interés histórico por la uniformidad e importancia de sus edificaciones de época. Con una población estudiantil de 3.666 alumnos, cuenta con modernos laboratorios y un equipamiento de última generación.
La residencia Eguiguren, mansion palaciega de Dieciocho y Ejército, el barrio más afrancesado de la ciudad, hoy pertenece al DuocUC.Esta fue encargada por Luis Eguiguren Valero a principios del siglo XX, siendo alhajada en consonancia con su arquitectura y la situación acomodada de sus dueños.Fiel a los mejores ensueños de 1918, cuando fue proyectada esta casa mismo año del Club Hípico, el Palacio Bruna y la inauguración de la principesca basílica del Perpetuo Socorro, la Residencia Eguiguren incluye dos espacios emblemáticos: un oratorio y un teatro.El peso ornamental de la decoración dórica en exteriores, la armonía de llenos y vacíos, la clásica simetría y la calidad del acero forjado de los tres accesos se suman en esta residencia que es de las últimas y la mejor conservada del casi desaparecido barrio Dieciocho.

Padre Alonso Ovalle’s faculty is one of the oldest of DuocUC. It operates in a beautiful building, of solid construction and wide open spaces, located in the center of Santiago, as part of a neighborhood of historic interest because of the importance and uniformity of their vintage buildings. With a student population from 3,666 students, it has modern laboratories and equipment of last generation.
The Eguiguren residence is a palatial mansion located in Dieciocho and Ejercito streets, the most frenched influenced of the city, today belongs to DuocUC. It was commissioned by Luis Valero Eguiguren in the early twentieth century, to be furnished in line with its architecture and the status of their wealthy owners. True to the best reveries of 1918, when this house was projected, was also constructed the Club Hipico, the Bruna Palace and the inauguration of the Basilica del Perpetuo Socorro, the Residence Eguiguren includes two flagship sites: a praying place and a theater . The ornamental weight of the doric outdoors decoration , the harmony of fulls and emptiness , the classical symmetry and quality of the forged steel of the three access were joined at this residence which is the latest and best preserved of an almost disappeared Dieciocho neighborhood.
